Didn’t realise how snappy I’d gotten until I started sleeping a bit better. I’m still tired (obvs) but this challenge helped me stop treating sleep like a luxury. Even a small shift made me feel more like me again.
I was going to bed feeling wired and then scrolling myself into a coma. This helped me build a little wind-down routine that didn’t feel like another job. My brain’s actually calmer at night now.
I’ve heard a million sleep tips before but none of them felt doable with kids. This one actually got it. Simple, short, and stuff I could stick with even on the rough nights. Didn’t feel like a fail if the baby woke up either, which I loved.
I was so used to waking up tired and reaching straight for coffee. By like Day 4, I didn’t need it as badly — I was actually sleeping deeper and waking up a bit clearer. Didn’t expect much from this but it really helped.
I’ve got a baby who still wakes at least 3 times a night so I didn’t expect miracles — but even with broken sleep, I felt more rested?? Wild. This challenge made me realise I could still improve my sleep without needing 8 hours straight.
I didn’t think I’d notice a difference tbh, but I actually slept better by like Day 3. Just making a few tweaks like switching off earlier and actually winding down helped heaps. Nothing fancy, just real doable stuff.
I did the 7-day challenge first and thought that was helpful — but the 90-day program?? Next level. I’ve actually got energy again. Didn’t think I’d stick with something for 3 months but this felt manageable and motivating the whole way through.
