The support is really rude and not helpful at all. I reported a module that did work but stopped, they didn't bother fixing it for 2 months while y subscription was only for this particular module. Support is meh. Many modules get filtered. They promoted groupbuys that were exit scams
It was a good tool used for years, but they shifted their focus to tickets. They also left us waiting for months for an Amazon module that was never released. Additionally, the developer has many modules and is working alone, so he can't update everything on time.
