It’s a great experience so far. As of right now, I’m in my fourth month I think and I have two deals under contract as of now. You get a lot of knowledge for 20 bucks a month trust me.

Great learning experience so far. They keep up pretty well with maintaining the website and the discord so people aren't having any problems. Only thing I have a hard time with are finding turnkey properties that I can wholesale.
Such a great experience so far, the information is amazing but the lives are even more amazing! I could listen to these guys all day and the late night surprise lives are so real it's insane. Definitely sticking with this community for the foreseeable future for sure!
Richard is boss. He shows us how to close subto and seller finance deals. He is on live for like 4 hours a day M-F. He gives us email and text templates and educates us about contracts. All for $19.99 a month. That’s a true deal.

Guys in there are very helpful and teach around 6-7 hours every week day and about 3-4 hours on every weekend. The main guy (Richard) says this is a school. They are good at what they do and are always down to help others be better at the game of Real Estate.
