So far the experience has been pretty good. Im still new to the whole thing. Navigating buy box cartel is pretty easy. They provide thorough and useful information through various chanels like discord, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc. I hope I can close my first deal soon and I cant wait to learn more!
At the very least, your monthly fee will be used to make you a smarter home buyer yourself. Lot of information dropped daily, can really get you comfortable on the phones as well.
