Bad and slow response from the developers, sometimes take more than half a day to respond. Bot is problematic and difficult to use. Waste of money.

Really bad. When there is a high demand for products, the bot will break every time. Lazada is also slow. The support is terrible. They don't listen to problems. There is no development. It's really bad. The ladabot breaks over and over again and they don't even fix it.
careful buying this bot. support is very rubbish. oftentimes when there is a scheduled big hyped drop bot will not work. dev will always tell its ur fault and not bot fault. dev deletes customer concerns messages in discord. but if working bot is ok.
