Support is absolutely terrible and the platform is also not good since they keep switching to a new one. In doing so you lose all the contact points. The indicator in and of itself is good, but the entire experience is just really bad
overall one of the worst experiences to go through dealing with this group. awful support and they continue to show less care for their customers
